About Ding Junhui Snooker Academy
Ding Junhui Snooker Academy is a snooker-only venue in Sheffield, named after the professional player. Visitors describe well-maintained snooker tables set to tournament specifications, with a spacious playing room suited to practice and training. The academy has no bar or gaming machines, and a kitchen is available for breaks, which regulars mention as included in the price. Pay-per-session value is a recurring theme in reviews, particularly for players who want to spend a full day on the tables.
Visitors also note the venue is a short walk from Castle Gate station, though it can be hard to locate for first-time visitors. Some reviews suggest the canteen would benefit from vending machines, and one visitor mentions litter at the entrance.
