About St Mary's Social Club
St Mary's Social Club is a members' social club in Hastings with snooker tables among its facilities. Visitors describe it as a friendly, relaxed place to spend time, with a jukebox, a balcony and games available alongside the snooker. Several mention the staff as kind and welcoming, and one says drinks are cheaper than in local pubs.
Some visitors feel the club does little to encourage younger or newer players, and one reviewer is critical of its attitude towards grassroots snooker. The club is also described as a members' club, so non-members may find the atmosphere less open.
