About The Harrogate Club
The Harrogate Club is a private members' club housed in a historic building on Victoria Avenue in the town centre. Its snooker hall is on the top floor, and it runs a programme of talks, games and entertainment. Visitors and regulars describe the building's interiors, including period statues and paintings, and the club is also used for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and private function room hire.
Reviews are mixed on the food. Several visitors praise the meals and the attentive staff, while one former guest found the lunch offering basic and felt it did not match the standard expected of a private members' club. The club is mentioned by visitors as a place with a relaxed atmosphere and a membership drawn from a wide range of local people.

Most snooker clubs charge by the hour per table, and many are members' clubs that ask non-members to sign in or pay a small day fee. Our guide to joining a snooker club covers what to expect, and the snooker rules guide is a quick refresher.
